We are looking for an enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in our modern offices at the most attractive location in Skopje. An awesome opportunity to work with a Swiss Macedonian company and international team, where you can spark your creativity, leadership, and teamwork.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and manage recruitment and selection processes (resume screening, screening calls, interviews, reference checks, etc.).
  • Administer, maintain, and improve the requisition and recruitment lifecycle process by ensuring best practices and improvements, as necessary.
  • Develop the company’s policy for talent benchmarking, talent assessment, and interviewing.
  • Compile and update employee records and support all internal and external HR related inquiries for our Swiss partners.
  • Work closely with management to establish and implement a robust company talent acquisition strategy around strong culture, unique benefits, and enhancing and leveraging the employment brand.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to design and run digital marketing and social media campaigns to showcase the company culture and serve as company brand ambassador.
  • Work closely with management to drive digicube events internally and externally with a goal of serving and building up a network of communities.
  • Establish trustworthy partnerships with various entities and communities to support the talent recruitment needs, to connect with potential candidates, to improve processes in providing best in class candidates and customer experience.

Desired requirements:

  • Proven work experience in the talent acquisition and development area or equivalent professional work experience.
  • Excellent understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes to drive the right decision-making.
  • Hands-on experience with digital and social marketing in executing recruiting and employer branding strategies.
  • Relevant education background.
  • HR administration and people management skills.
  • Outstanding communications and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
  • Creative thinker in the aspect of HR trends and employer branding
  • Good English language skills.
  • Computer literate in a business workplace environment.
